We are an innovative urban inspired yoga, cycle, fitness studio and clothing boutique. We provide cutting edge power yoga, cycle and fitness classes that soldier a union of both mind and body strength. Our retail boutique showcases the latest fitness trends, including Lululemon, K-Deer, Onzie and more.
PYP Team is full of knowledgeable, inspirational instructors, who champion you through soul fueling, heart pumping exercise classes for the ultimate inner and outer body experience!
We offer everything from Heated Power Vinyasa Yoga to our very own trademarked High Intensity Interval Training.
Our recently renovated Cycle Theater brings in a state of the art interactive projected cycle display technology allowing for your cycle performance to transcend into a stronger ride.
We have four studios’ within PYP allowing for multiple class choices, including but not limited to, Booty Barre, Pilates Reformer, TRX and Aerial Yoga.

Fitness Parties

Wide Angle Forward Fold

Set your feet firmly into the ground as if to create deep footprints in the floor and let this grounding action reverse in an upward chain through the meridians in your body to help to straighten your legs as well as lengthen your spine. Gently squeeze the muscles in your legs toward the bones so that your lower body feels supported.

Adjust your legs so that the base of the pose seems to be even and balanced.   Work to feel the steadiness and support of the total foot, making sure that you are not rolling in to the arches or away from.  Bring the stability from the floor print of the foot all the way to the hub of the pelvis.

Nestle your hands firmly into your hips while holding on to the biomechanics previously established. and Fold strongly from your hips by engaging core body and thereby protecting the integrity of the spine.  Finally, surrender into the fold.   invite all your inner bits and pieces to drift down like rain into your strong and steady legs.  Out of gravity levity is generated, feeling the opposing chains, the release and power of the head below the heart in a variation of inversion in conjunction with the grounding rooted affect of the feet to the floor.  Sumptuous, indeed!  (Variation:Seated wide angle Forward Fold-Upavista Konasana)
